MEET THE FOUNDER

Devin Mitchell is the 16-year-old founder of SOKA, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. As a soccer player from the age of 5, Devin has competed at the club level and experienced firsthand the challenges of pursuing the game at a high level without consistent access to adequate facilities to train. Spending hours traveling just to improve revealed a deeper issue within the system of American Soccer: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. That reality shaped Devin's vision and continues to drive his commitment to creating an equitable, but profitable system for the next generation of players.
